Admail.net Feedback Loops

Admail.net has been in business since 1995, and one of the many benefits of those 17 years of experience is that we have a great relationships with most major email service providers.

Because of our great relationship with ISPs, we are able to establish feedback loops set up with many of them. Feedback loops are "an inter-organizational form of feedback by which an Internet service provider (ISP) forwards the complaints originating from their users to the sender's organizations." according to Wikipedia.

Feedback loops allow us to protect our IPs and your deliverability. We can provide better reporting for you and, because of our feedback loops, complaints that may have ended up as spam reports and hurt the deliverability of your campaign, can instead quickly be recorded as an unsubscribe and automatically taken off your list. This is a much better solution for you as it saves you money by preventing you from sending to people who actively don't want to view your material, and it's a better solution for the user who may not understand unsubscribe links or how to use them.

Feedback loops are just one of the many ways we help out customers send out effective and efficient email campaigns. If you have questions about our services or would like to talk about your specific needs, please give us a call at 800-479-6233 or email us at sales@admail.net.
